University can be a tumultuous time for many students, bringing new opportunities, responsibilities, and independence into the forefront of our lives. This significant life change stressful enough as is, but when you add grief loss equation, things become quickly overwhelming. Death is not given space in public discourse, resulting greater society that denial realities loss, how it affects us inevitability we will experience With supervision Dr. Dan Vena, I have created an online resource, Conversations with Death, designed to fill gap on campus, provide critical, comprehensive diverse information under umbrella grief, death dying stimulate open conversation curiosity amongst student body.
